The Farringdon fireshed is situated in the beautiful upper Shoalhaven River valley, some 25 km south of Braidwood, in the NSW Southern Tablelands. It is a very special part of the world, primarily comprised of fertile grazing lands interspersed with native forests in State Forests and National Parks.
The photo below was taken from the Ballalaba Bridge, adjacent to our fireshed, and gives some idea of the nature of the country.
